Things to think about

Today I was looking through my photo library and I came across some photos from a friends 25th wedding anniversary. I remember  at that party the MC had all married couples stand on the dance floor. once everyone had complied he asked all couples who had been married for less than 5 years to sit down. He continued counting up by 5 years ( 5 years, 10 years, etc.) The first couple to sit down had been married more than 20 years! The last couple to sit down had been married for 55 years. In today's fast paced society to be married more than 20 years is rare, but to be married 55 years is really rare. I think that seeing that event was really cool. This is my first post on this Blog so I am really enjoying this experience. This summer I am going to be gone from Colorado Springs a lot. I will be traveling to Utah, Wisconsin, Illinois, and North Carolina within a three week period of time. I created this blog to keep from having to update Twitter and Facebook. When I am in Utah I will have some others blog with me about their experiences that day. I will make sure to include some Pictures and Videos in the postings.
